The Ministry of the Environment: New adjustments to urban planning in Arnavutköy

The Turkish Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change announced amendments related to urban planning in Istanbul, specifically in Arnavutköy and Bolluca Mahallesi districts.

What are the details of the announcement issued by the Ministry of Environment?

On May 17, the Ministry published on its official website a plan for dividing the main areas on a scale of 1/5000 and adjusting the plan for dividing the implementation on the scale of 1/1000 for the lands specified in the numbers (52-133-392-400) in Arnavutköy and Bolluca Mahallesi, in addition to the plan for dividing the i̇mrahor Mahallesi district.

This adjustment was issued by the decision of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in accordance with Law No. 6306 on the conversion of disaster-prone districts , and the adjustments were approved on May 12, 2023.

The mentioned plan is being prepared and changes are notified for one month (1) (30 days) from 17.05.2023 in accordance with Article 8/B of the Zoning Ordinance No. 3194.

The adjustments will also be announced and published on the bulletin board and the website of the Turkish Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
